Canyon County Contracts with T -Netix to provide telephone service to inmates. All billing inquiries should be made directly to T-Netix at 1-888-221-5671.

The telephones in the housing units require that inmates place collect calls only. Cost of local call is $2.16 for calls of 15 minutes or less.

All phone calls are outgoing only. Canyon County does not accept incoming calls, or messages for inmates.

Inmates are allowed to make local toll free calls at the time of booking to make bond arrangements and/or to let family or friends know of their whereabouts.

Calling party may accept or reject a call from any inmate. When call is received a recorded message will state that the call is coming from the Canyon County Detention Center. If you do not wish to receive calls from the Detention Center you may call 454-6603 and ask that calls be "blocked". The block must be requested for the responsible party of the telephone bill and will remain in effect until removal is requested.

All phone calls except for attorney calls are monitored.
