Once a month, the Court Assistance Office will have a local attorney volunteer their time to advise pro se litigants for free.  The next Attorney Workshop is Wednesday, Nov. 12. 

Trick-or-treaters are encouraged to come to the main entrance of the Administration Building between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31 for Halloween festivities. 

The Board of Canyon County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 10:30 a.m. to consider whether the county should pay for the installation of a temporary traffic signal at the intersection of Karcher Road and Lake Avenue.  

Canyon County will hold a surplus property auction on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room on the first floor of the Courthouse.  

Thomson Reuters announced today that it has selected Canyon County Assessor Gene Kuehn for its annual Office Holder of the Year award.  

In-person early voting is available at the Canyon County Elections Office beginning Monday, Oct. 6 for the November General Election.  

The Canyon County Treasurer's Office has joined forces with the County Assessor's Office to provide a single taxpayer portal that will allow taxpayers to sign up for electronic statements and receive their property tax assessments and property tax bills electronically.  

The Canyon County Domestic Violence Task Force was joined by local leaders today as they officially kicked off October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Canyon County.

The Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has been highlighted by the Office of the Vice President for its ongoing efforts and dedication to combating domestic violence, and in particular, violence against women.

Canyon County's Fiscal Year 2015 Budget is $79,387,799. 

The Canyon County Criminal Justice Planning Council (CJPC) meets on the second Wednesday of each month in Recorder's Meeting Room to address important criminal justice issues in our community.
